- Include a photo if the item arrived damaged or faulty — it speeds things up.
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back, so your parcel reaches the right place.
Return shipping
Who pays for return shipping is confirmed in writing when your return is approved. Items that arrive damaged or faulty are always resolved at our cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to show the credit after it is processed.
