These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Doxy Den. Please read them before ordering.
The store operator
Products and descriptions
Doxy Den is a specialist shop: we select accessories with dachshund proportions in mind rather than manufacturing them ourselves. Product descriptions, measurements and images are provided in good faith and, where applicable, come from the supplier. Sizing varies between products, so always use the size chart shown on the individual product page.
Orders and acceptance
Online ordering is not currently active on this store. When it is enabled, placing an order will be an offer to buy and a contract will form when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, and any payment taken is then refunded.
Prices, taxes and payment
- Prices are shown in USD.
- Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- When checkout is enabled, payments will be processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we will not store your card details.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if one affects your order.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Orders with several items may ship separately and arrive at different times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and cancellations
Return eligibility and the process are set out on our returns page. Contact us before sending anything back. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Acceptable use
- Use this site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to it.
- Site content, branding and imagery may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
The products sold here are accessories for dogs, not veterinary or medical equipment. They should be fitted and supervised sensibly, and are no substitute for veterinary advice about your dog's health. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are being confirmed and will be published here before orders are accepted.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
